As a Fund Servicing Specialist IV withinJPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role intheir fund servicing operations, workingclosely with various teams, external vendors,and consultants. You will be expected to applyyour knowledge of fund servicing policies andprocedures to solve problems and contributeto the improvement of existing processes.Your strong listening and questioning skills willbe crucial in understanding and addressing theneeds of their clients. Your work will have asignificant impact on their team and contribute to the overall success of theirdepartment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute routine fund servicingtransactions, ensuring adherence toestablished processes and procedures,while also handling non-routine tasks oflow complexity.
- Apply advanced knowledge of fundservicing policies and procedures toidentify and resolve non-routine but notoverly complex issues, contributing to theimprovement of existing processes.
- Utilize profcient listening and questioning skills to understand client needs andprovide appropriate solutions, while alsoensuring the protection of our operationsand clients from potential threats through cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures.
- Begin to apply innovation and design thinking techniques to challenge andimprove the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our operating platform.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in fund servicing operations,including understanding of related policiesand procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in active listening and questioning techniques, withthe ability to understand and address client needs effectively.Initial exposure to innovation and designthinking techniques, with a willingness to apply these to improve operational efficiency and resilience.
