The primary objective would be todeliver very high standard of customer service by reviewing and analyzing requests received from merchants and customers globallyfor prepaid products and makeinformed decision to pay or decline the request post determining if all the compliance requirements are met.Travelers Cheques & Prepaid Servicing (TCPS) operations teamensures extraordinary customer service for their customers andmerchants in a 24*7, multilingual environment. They manage servicingand operations for prepaid products giving support on all queries from aphone servicing and back-endoperations perspective.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing inbound customer andseller calls and faxes for all prepaidproducts like Gift Card and Travelercheques.
- Handle Claims for lost/Stolen andUnable to Cash Travelers Cheques.
- Handle Escheatment calls andfaxes.
- Process Refund Requests,Overspend and Excessive balanced.
- Candidate should be able to multi-task and prioritize work to ensure balance is met between regulation,policy, and customer service experience.
- Respond to customer escalationand conduct a root cause analysisof the escalation
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Graduate with 0 – 3 years of PriorExperience. Work in a 24*7 work environmentin a customer facing calling profile
- Ability to work under pressure ina deadline-driven environment andmaintain strong attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Good listening and decisionmaking skills.
- An ability to handle escalated issues politely and courteously toachieve a balance between promise fulfilment and risk
