ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, test, debug, and maintainsoftware applications and services underthe guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in user story analysis, sprintplanning, and design discussions tounderstand business and technicalrequirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following establishedengineering standards and best practices.
- Assist in developing RESTful APIs,microservices, and applicationcomponents using modern developmentframeworks and tools.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing,integration testing, and defect resolutionto ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including Product, QA, and Engineering, todeliver features and enhancements in anAgile environment.
- Support the automation of testing,deployment, and operational processes toimprove development efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve applicationissues under the guidance of senior teammembers.
- Learn and adopt new technologies,development frameworks, and engineeringbest practices to continuously improvetechnical skills.
- Contribute to technical documentation,knowledge sharing, and team collaborationto support ongoing development activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Computer Science Engineering, or relatedfield required; advanced degree ispreferred.
- 0.5+ years of software developmentexperience
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms suchas Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, orAzure, with exposure to services such asGoogle Cloud Storage and BigQuery.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologiessuch as Spark, Scala, Hive, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms,and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, anddebugging skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability towork effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility,and a proactive mindset towardcontinuous learning and process improvement.
SECONDERY SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of Power Bl fordeveloping reports, dashboards, and datavisualizations.
- Familiarity with creating simple datamodels, metrics, and KPls to supportreporting and business analytics.
- Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query,and SQL, with the ability to developinteractive reports and perform basic dataanalysis.
- Understanding of data modeling conceptsand exposure to tabular models orsemantic models through academic projects, internships, or professionalexperience.
- Basic troubleshooting and debugging skillsfor Bl reports, datasets, and dashboards.Familiarity with Bl concepts, metadatamanagement, and data governance principles.
