ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To design, develop and improve software,utilising various engineeringmethodologies, that provides business,platform, and technology capabilities forour customers and colleagues.
- Accountabilities Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by usingindustry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensuring that code is scalable,maintainable, and optimized forperformance.o Cross-functional collaboration withproduct managers, designers, andother engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamlessintegration and alignment withbusiness objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate incode reviews, and promote a culture ofcode quality and knowledge sharing.o Stay informed of industry technologytrends and innovations and actively.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- To design, develop and improve software,utilizing various engineeringmethodologies, that provides business,platform, and technology capabilities forour customers and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain Salesforcecomponents using Apex, LWC, andVisualforce.
- Design and implement third-partyintegrations and Salesforce APIs.
- Alignment with integration pattern,access control mechanism.
- Enforce and monitor Salesforce securitycontrols (profiles, permission sets, sharingrules, etc.).
- Resolve problem records, incidents, anddefect items raised by business andsecurity teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams totranslate business requirements intotechnical solutions.
- RevieWw and guide technicalimplementation strategies for the team.
- Review and guide technicalimplementation strategies for the team.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers,ensuring adherence to coding standardsand best practices.Communicate effectively withstakeholders and contribute to strategicplanning.
- Constructively challenge other projectteams sharing the Salesforce instance tomaintain architectural integrity.
- Ensure compliance with enterprisesecurity and governance policies.Drive continuous improvement indevelopment and release processes.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab andGitLab Duo for version control and CI/CD.Resolve merge conflicts, managepull/merge requests, and enforcebranching strategies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams tostreamline deployment pipelines andautomation.
