ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for ensuring timelyand accurate processing oftransactions within establishedguidelines.
- Ensures day to day deliverables are met. Checklist are to beprepared and submitted to the nextlevel on a daily basis.
- Handles resolution of issue highlights issues to thesupervisors/experts.
- Tracks trends within the daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) and workalong with supervisor to enhancetheir processes / proceduresknowledge.
- Responsible for identifying andresolving problems withinestablished guidelines
- Expected to use some initiative butrefer more complex problems tosupervisors/experts
- Works effectively as a teammember but also independently
- Working towards becomingproficient in all areas of the job.
- Running and creating formalreports.
- Creating and executingfunction specific reports.
- Follows the incident/regulatorybreach (operational risks) arisingfrom processes reporting procedurewith rigor.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Good oral and written communication skills are required
- Basic Functional / IndustryKnowledge is preferred
- Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
- Working knowledge on MS-Excel
- A College or University Degree Work at least 12 months of relevantwork experience.
