businesses. The Virtual Assistant role
is flexible and varied, often blending
business support with light
personal/executive support across
multiple workstreams. Ideal for
early-career candidates who are tech-
fluent, adaptable, and ready to grow
with a single client over time.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take video conferences; captureand distribute notes and actionitems- Interface with clients, vendors,and external partners professionally
- Manage calendars and schedulemeetings across time zones.
- Conduct online research andassemble findings into cleanspread sheets.
- Prepare basic reports, decks, andanalyses.
- Handle creative work as needed:light writing, formatting, simplemedia coordination
- Provide light personal andexecutive support (errandscoordination, travel research,reminders).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Skilled in modern productivity
apps and quick to learn new tools
· Strong written communication
and detail orientation - Ability to commit long-term and
full-time - Ability to work U.S. business hours
