ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional |T Service Desksupport, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications,or processes.
- Record, Update, and Escalate Supportissues to the next level promptly.
- Support all IT onboarding activities forend-users
- Work with our internal |T Teams on systemtesting, integration, and maintenance.
- Engage in discovering new IT businesstools to support our business users andour internal IT Team.
- Seek, Suggest, Evaluate, and implementprocess and technology improvements.
- Willing to learn grow in other IT Business areas.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Excellent English written and verbalcommunication skills.

- 24/7 rotational shifts and week offs andWork from Office mandatory
- Excellent communication skills,comfortable working with various stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, bug-finding,and resolution

- IT software and hardware troubleshootingknowledge and skills (Win 10, macOS, iOs,Android, Google Suite and Microsoft Environment)
